Sy rase sejak 2 minggu lepas, badan sy SAHAJA naik gatal2 and naik bintik2 merah yang extreme spt gmbr di atas. NOTE : tuh bkn sy ea.
Dr cakap sebab allergic. maybe food allergy. So sy disarankan xboleh makan ikan kcuali ikan tenggiri, xley makan pape kcuali buah, ns, sayur. ayam pon mkn sikit.....jer (yeah right). xley santan2, pedas2, kari2, goreng2 selama 6 BULAN.no!!So korang bayangkn ape jer sy patot telan? Hey, nih mmg penyiksaan tahap maksimum.
So saya pon google2 ne tao ade care lain saya ley wat slain brdiet scr mnyiksakan nih.

Dengan air kotak milo, tengahari makan lar ape ade. kadang2 sup and ayam rebus mane2 jumpe. petang pon sup lagi.
sampai2 rumah dpt lar mkn sedap sikit, mak masak sup and ayam goreng tanpe minyak bersalut daun pandan.
but since skrg my skin mcm makin terok.been thinking nk jumpe pakar.if diet mcm nih pon xmmbantu, takot ade faktor lain.
Sy jgk xley berpeluh.bukan xboleh mcm if berpeluh, u'll die or something. sy elakkn berpeluh, sbb if berpeluh, skin sy akan pedih yg pedih (ape motip??) so sy elakkn diri dr berpeluh.biar r sejuk tahap menggigil.better than seluruh badan mnahan pedih kn?
